If cancellation is received 07 days prior to check-in date – First Night Retention will be charged.
07-04 Days to check-in date – 50% of Package cost will be charged.
Less than 3 days to check-in will be subject to 100% retention charge of the booking amount.
In the case of “No Show” the hotel reserves right to charge full retention charges.
