• • We shall not be responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control (force majeure).

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand – 248179.
